How do I return an item?

Once we have started a transfer, we are not able to process any returns on firearms or suppressors. If you have issues with the product, we will work with the manufacturer and you to resolve the issue.

Due to 41F/41P timelines, refunds for purchases made and returned before the transfer has been started will incur a 20% restocking fee.

If you would like your dealer to start a form 4 and they need a copy of the form 3 then please request one and we will send it to you to give to your dealer. If your dealer will not fill out a form 4 based on a form 3 transfer then you can not make the 41F/41P deadline. We can not submit your form 4 if you are out-of-state. You must have a local class 3 dealer submit your form 4.

We will accept returns on other items within 30 days of the purchase date so long as they are in the original packaging and in new condition. There will be a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping costs.

Known Back Ordered and Special Order Items
These orders cannot be cancelled/refunded. In certain circumstances, we will work with the customer and apply store credit. This industry is a slow moving process for getting products from the manufacturer due to federal regulations. Some products take 6-12 months. There is little that we can do to speed up the process.

While we do value our customers and understand life has it's moments, we are running a business and would like to continue to do so. The above reasons are just a few of the many that we, personally, have heard.
